This service is a luggage delivery and storage service for inbound and Japanese tourists. Enjoy sightseeing in Tokyo more freely and comfortably without having to carry heavy luggage around. We will deliver your luggage safely and securely from your hotel to major train stations and between hotels in Tokyo.
How to Use

Pickup/Delivery: 8:00 - 20:00
[Delivery Rates]
- Collection and delivery to hotels, accommodations, major tourist spots, and major JR stations (Tokyo, Ueno, Shinagawa, Shibuya, Shinjuku, Ikebukuro)
◆ Large size = total of three sides up to 180 cm, weight up to 30 kg, 4500 yen (tax included) ◆ Medium size = total of three sides from 100 to 140 cm, 3500 yen (tax included)
[Luggage Storage Service]
- An additional ¥1,000 (tax included) will be charged for pickup / An additional ¥1,000 (tax included) will be charged for delivery to a designated location.
- If you bring your own.
6 hours for 1000 yen (tax included). From the second item onwards, 900 yen per item (tax included).
12 hours for 2000 yen (tax included). From the second item onwards, each additional item is 1800 yen (tax included).
24 hours for 3000 yen (tax included). From the second item onwards, each additional item is 2700 yen (tax included).
◆For drop-offs: Drop-off location: 1F Asahi Shokai Building, 1-33-3 Nishi-Nippori, Arakawa-ku, Tokyo. 8-minute walk from Nishi-Nippori Station on the JR Yamanote Line, along Dokanyama Street.

Insurance coverage: Up to 300,000 JPY
*However, cards, precious metals, ceramics, liquor bottles, and other fragile items are excluded.
We cannot accept luggage that is at risk of damage.
